What is Sour Beer?
Sour beers are intentionally tart or acidic, crafted using wild yeasts or bacteria. They offer refreshing, puckering flavours from lemony to berry-like, with light to medium body. Ideal with tangy cheeses, charcuterie, fruit desserts, and light summer dishes.
