Cancellation of Orders, Returns & Refunds

You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply call us on +353 1 8394692. Orders cancelled post dispatch will incur the relevant delivery charge.

If you would like to cancel and return goods that you have received for any reason, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us on +353 1 8394692. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice, via An Post Registered Post or by person to one of our stores. Unfortunately in those circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.

In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Mc Hugh’s Off-Licence offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. You will be required to notify us by e-mail or by phone within 3 days of delivery and you will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice, via An Post Registered Post or by person to any of our stores.

Sale or return

As a general rule we do not offer sale or return on purchases made through our site. However, bulk party orders (four cases or more) can be offered by sale or return by prior arrangement.  Wine returned on a sale or return basis may be subject to collection charges.
