What is an IPA?
India Pale Ale was originally brewed in England with extra hops to survive long sea journeys to India. Modern IPAs are bold, aromatic, and hop-forward, with flavours ranging from citrus and tropical fruit to pine and resin. These beers work well with spicy food, curries, strong cheeses, and fried dishes.
