Golden Ale, strong, spicy, lightly hoppy, with evolving taste. Natural beer, not pasteurised and without any additives. An unfiltered blond beer which is refermented both in the bottle and in barrels. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander and tinged with hops.
