Uncorked! is a new series of monthly wine events from the team at McHugh's Off-Licence. These events are designed to take the mystery out of wine and make it accessible for everyone.

On Thursday August 20th, we're bringing you an evening of BBQ-friendly reds, crisp summer whites and delicious food pairings cooked by the chefs at BlackBanks. 

Hosted at BlackBanks Bar & Grill by long-time friend of McHugh's, Lynda Coogan, this is an evening for anyone who wants to know a bit more about wine without sitting through a lecture.

We'll taste through six wines, talk about what's in each glass in plain English, and answer any question you've ever been too afraid to ask. We'll also have some tasty discounts on the night. 

As we go, future Uncorked events will begin to explore wines from different countries and styles, with special guests along the way. Consider this the starting point.
