Uncorked! is a new series of monthly wine events from the team at McHugh's Off-Licence. These events are designed to take the mystery out of wine and make it accessible for everyone.

We're kicking things off on Thursday April 30th (time tbc) with an informal intro to wine, no jargon, no snobbery, just six glasses and good chats.

Hosted at Perfect Day Café by long-time friend of McHugh's, Lynda Coogan, this is an evening for anyone who wants to know a bit more about wine without sitting through a lecture.

We'll taste through six wines, talk about what's in each glass in plain English, and answer any question you've ever been too afraid to ask. We'll also have some tasty discounts on the night. 

As we go, future Uncorked events will begin to explore wines from different countries and styles, with special guests along the way. Consider this the starting point.
