High King is a real new adventure for Lough Gill Brewery. This Barley Wine has gone through very long fermentation and slow barrel aged maturation, it has no head, no carbonation. Dried fruits mixed with Madeira notes, added on a layer of wood flavours, hints of fresh red fruit, Honey-like dry sweetness.
