A light ruby red color, a fragrant nose of red fruits (raspberries, cherries ...) and some floral notes. A nice round mouth accented by a note of freshness. The suggestion of your winemaker: red meat, white meat, grilled with spices, tropical fruit skewers with chunks of beef, a variety of cheese and maybe a fruit salad! Serve between 15 and 17 c.
