Galway Bay Ostara is take on the concept of ‘Dublin Stout’. Brewed to be complex but quaffable. Galway Bay took some of their imperial stout tricks and adapted them to a lower abv base recipe. The result has layered malts with some lovely soft chocolate notes, finished with a nice hop zing to help clean the palate

Stouts and Porters developed in the UK and are known for their dark colour and roasted malt character. Expect flavours of coffee, chocolate, caramel, and toasted bread, with a smooth, full body. Ideal with rich dishes such as burgers, steak, BBQ, oysters, and chocolate desserts.
