Conde Valdemar Rioja Gran Reserva – Roast Leg of Lamb

This is a rich & concentrated Spanish red. It has aromas of currants and vanilla on the nose. On the palate it has spice, vanilla, dark bramble fruit, and velvet tannins on the long intense finish. Lamb is the traditional meat dish of the Rioja region and, as they say “what grows together goes together”.
