The sexton single malt irish whiskey is made from 100% irish malted barley, triple distilled for smoothness in copper pot stills. Aged in oloroso sherry butts to achieve a depth of flavour from the wine-imbued barrel that surpasses its years. On the nose, aromas of nuts and dark chocolate are followed by marzipan, spice and fruit. A refeshing palate of mellow honeyed malt, oils and a pleasant gentle wood finish with mild sweetness.
