Dingle Grianstad an tSamhraidh is the last of the great festivals before daylight begins to dwindle; so we celebrate it enthusiastically as the crops ripen and bear fruit. Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in Rye casks. Grianstad an tSamhraidh expresses fresh cut hay, lemon sherbert, creamy toffee and freshly ground pepper on the nose. The palate has herbal spice, toasted vanilla, honey, spiced pecans and lemon drops. With a finish of spice with hints of liquorice and pepper.
