Beautiful pale yellow colour with green hints. Intense nose with citrus (lime) and ripe fruits (peach, pear) aromas. Pleasant on the palate, lively and delicate and well-balanced between fruits and freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, or with grilled fish with a hint of lime; try it with a very young goat cheese.
