Product Description

Same hop rate as Whiplash's other DIPA's, less than half the alcohol. A very heavily hopped Session IPA: this comes at you with buckets of Simcoe, Ekuanot, Citra and Mosaic hops with a light touch of malts and an easy crushable body. Unfiltered, hazy, hoppy and juicy; Rollover is a New England inspired IPA without the heavy alcohol in tow.

India Pale Ale was originally brewed in England with extra hops to survive long sea journeys to India. Modern IPAs are bold, aromatic, and hop-forward, with flavours ranging from citrus and tropical fruit to pine and resin. These beers work well with spicy food, curries, strong cheeses, and fried dishes.
