To Ol #IPA is a "modern" IPA using a blend of simcoe, amarillo, and citra hops. It is a bit hazy, but not like #DIPA level. Rather than trying to make the richest flavor on the planet, it is a good balance between drinkability and juicy flavor, which is the latest way IPAs are trending.

What is an IPA?
India Pale Ale was originally brewed in England with extra hops to survive long sea journeys to India. Modern IPAs are bold, aromatic, and hop-forward, with flavours ranging from citrus and tropical fruit to pine and resin. These beers work well with spicy food, curries, strong cheeses, and fried dishes.
