We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from England to India in the 1700′s, and made it bolder and more flavorful—American Style. We added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. 7%

What is an IPA?
India Pale Ale was originally brewed in England with extra hops to survive long sea journeys to India. Modern IPAs are bold, aromatic, and hop-forward, with flavours ranging from citrus and tropical fruit to pine and resin. These beers work well with spicy food, curries, strong cheeses, and fried dishes.
