Garage Santako is a Gluten-Free WCIPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe and Columbus hopes. The aroma immediately presents plenty of dank pine resin, marijuana, orange and grapefruit zest and some slight peachiness.  This is a west coast IPA designed with drinkability in mind and what's more it's even celiac-friendly.

India Pale Ale was originally brewed in England with extra hops to survive long sea journeys to India. Modern IPAs are bold, aromatic, and hop-forward, with flavours ranging from citrus and tropical fruit to pine and resin. These beers work well with spicy food, curries, strong cheeses, and fried dishes.
