Omnipollo Boy is a hyper focused double dry-hopped pale ale brewed with an abundance of the best hops Omnipollo could find. Boy starts out as a clean and smooth base of pale ale malt, two types of oats and wheat. To add a subtle breadiness they do a traditional decoction mash in preparation for the massive double dry hop charges that Boy receives.
