Galway Bay No Quarter is an 11.8% ABV Imperial Stout made in collaboration with illustrator, Mark Hill. A beautiful blend of 9 and 15 months aged imperial stout in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels with additions of maple syrup, Tonka beans and Madagascar vanilla. Packed with intense decadent flavours but yet with a delicate and complex, indulgent finish.
