Rec Brew Red Tide is a Berliner Weisse-style beer with raspberry and guava. With a magnetic red colour, thanks to the raspberry, we find a beer with little foam retention and medium carbonation. In the mouth we will have a sour beer, with a medium/low acidity, and with aromas coming from the fruit, highlighting first of all the raspberry and more subtly the guava. The acidity is completely well integrated with the sweetness of the fruits, making Red Tide a very well-balanced and fresh Berliner for the summer.
