Basqueland Fugu is a refreshing, ultra-light-bodied beer made with the finest lager malts, rice flakes. We’ve updated the recipe by adding Riwaka hops in the whirlpool. It’s the first time we’ve used this hop at Basqueland, and we wanted to feature it in a lager-style beer.
