Garage Xarel·Lo is a collaboration with the fantastic Finca Parera. This IPA is made with the addition of Xarello wine must, a catalan white grape variety that displays beautiful notes of elderflower, lemon and lime and a touch of stone fruit. Brewed with lots of wheat this IPA has a fluffy texture upfront with a slight sweetness that then drys out in the finish for a refreshing experience.
