Fermentation took place at 15ºC in stainless steel tanks over a period of 14-15 days, in order to preserve the bright fresh fruit character of the wine. After cool stabilisation, the wine was ready for bottling.
This wine is pale yellow in colour with youthful highlights. On the nose, there are fragrant aromas of apple, pear and quince. On the palate, it is soft and fruity with a lifted finish. 12% abv.
