Carefully crafted using a recipe of 50% unmalted spring barley and 50% malted barley which has then been triple distilled and matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex-wine and ex-bourbon barrels. Batch 1 pays homage to the famous Dublin style of Irish whiskey, bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.
