Sierra Nevada Trip In The Woods Chocolate Chipotle Stout is matured in freshly emptied Kentucky bourbon barrels, the heat from the Chipotle peppers mellowed and the chocolate notes is intensified. After aging for nearly two years, we decided this beer wasperfect. Velvety smooth notes of bittersweet chocolate and vanilla from theoak are followed by a robust earthiness from the peppers and a long, rich finish.
