Sassy Organic Cidre is made from 100% organic Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy. Semi-dry ‘session cidre’, fruit forward with notes of mature fruit and baked apple aromas. Best enjoyed as an apéritif or alongside meat and smoked cheeses.
