Lough Gill Oseberg is a Palo Cortado Barrel Aged Kveik Imperial Stout. The complexity in this beer is unique, with its 9 different cereals in the grist and a very long brewing process, the body and the velvety texture of Oseberg are combined with important fermentation notes of light orange peel coming from the Kveik yeast that mix together beautifully with a spectrum of flavours that those staves have absorbed over the years from the Palo Cortado aging: dried fruits, tobacco and red fruits above them all.
