Gut Oggau Rot is made from vines from three different plots that are planted in gravel, limestone and shale soils. The strains are all Demeter-certified and cultivated using biodynamic and organic agriculture. The whole harvest is carried out by hand. Gut Oggau Rot is part of a very low but high quality production. A mixture of grapes from the Atanasius, Joschuar and Bertholdi red wines, which combines the intensity of the old vines with the freshness of the young vines.
