Galway Bay Diving Bell 2021 is the third vintage for this sweet & boozy sipper. Brewed with a base of Scotland's finest Golden Promise malt, heaps of crystal malt & a touch of roast barley. Followed by a long, cool fermentation with Scottish ale yeast before being racked to Nicaraguan Rum Casks where it has rested for 2 years & 1 month.
