Dingle Around The Clock #4 has been aged for an additional 185 days. The flavours from this beer are combined with a 24-hour brew boil creating an even fuller, smoother stout. The resulting beer has matured in a mixture of freshly emptied bourbon and sherry casks from the Dingle Distillery for 365 days.
