This creation is a tribute to the founder of Oud Beersel who started the brewery 135 years ago in the year 1882.It is a unique blend of one year old lambic matured on foeders from Tuscany, Italy that were used for thirty years to mature the famous Brunello di Montalcino wine and a three year old Lambic that matured on an old Oud Beersel foeder. 6.5%
