Beara Aromatic Bitters, useful as a stand in for classic bitters that are star anise forward, such as Angostura bitters, with a sweetness derived from fruit and french gentian rounding out the flavours. Made with a base of organic apple brandy that sourced from Highbank Distillery in Kilkenny.
