Basqueland Santa Clara is a lager inspired by the iconic southern German Helles-bier. It is clean with a straw-yellow color. It shows a classic malt structure balanced with noble Tettnanger–earthy sweetness of sunflower seeds balanced with floral aromas and subtle bitterness of sweetgrass.
