The first Dublin distilled Single Pot Still to come out of the city in nearly 50 years. Carefully crafted using a recipe of 50% unmalted spring barley and 50% malted barley which has then been triple distilled and matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex-wine and ex-bourbon barrels. Batch 1 pays homage to the famous Dublin style of Irish whiskey, bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.
A nose of hibiscus flowers, honeycomb, white grape flesh, grapefruit & citrus. On the palate; lychees, return of the white grapes, white pepper with warm, roasted peaches & baked biscuits, followed by a dry finish, hints of spice, roasted almonds and maple sugar.
